Both Toutiao and Popoffices recently featured our Swire Beijing workplace project. This project achieved both LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certification. The new office puts sustainability and human wellness at equal importance in all aspects including design concept, material, furniture, lighting, acoustics and air quality to make the office not only the space for work, but also for well-being. With its beginnings in ocean shipping, over recent decades Swire has strongly committed to sustainable development. The new workplace puts environmental protection and human health at equal importance in all aspects including design concept, materials, furniture, lighting, acoustics, and air quality. This project has achieved both LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certification.
