This design combines youthful energy, warmth, and sustainability, utilizing minimal materials to create a dynamic and inviting space. Plywood serves as the primary finish, harmonizing with exposed natural concrete in the ceiling, beams, and structural walls, balancing organic warmth with industrial rawness. The open layout encourages flow and connection, with meeting rooms by the windows and a semi-open central coffee/material room. These volumes of varying heights add depth and continuity. A flexible central area, anchored by an oversized ‘moon’ light, features modular furniture for versatile configurations, while cozy lounges and niches offer informal, comfortable spaces for collaboration.A natural color palette of wood, black, and dark mocha is accented by vibrant yellow ochre and coral, with lighting that creates dynamic biophilic light and shadow effects. Integrated smart lighting and MAXHub technology ensure adaptability for different tasks. The design reflects sustainability, creativity, and functionality, fostering a collaborative and flexible environment.
