Our Architecture practice is mainly comprised of low rise buildings (< 10 floors) for Schools, Hospitals or Offices. We limit our focus to low rise structures to ensure all the possibilities of sustainable design are explored.

Our MEP Engineering practice supports projects secured by our Architecture and Interior Design practices. We’re comfortable working with local or international benchmarks but enjoy pushing the boundaries in our own projects. Our team of in-house engineers in both our Beijing and Shanghai offices have excellent qualifications and experience in the disciplines of:
- HVAC engineering, including specialities in complex hospital and healthcare projects
- Electrical engineering
- Plumbing and Drainage engineering, including waste water treatment
- Lighting design and engineering
- Indoor Air Quality solution engineering

Our Sustainable Design practice evaluates projects secured by our Architecture and Interior Design practices. We’re comfortable working with local or international benchmarks but enjoy pushing the boundaries in our own projects. We currently have LEED AP members on staff, and have been responsible for the LEED certification of China’s first LEED NC Healthcare facility. We have also worked on China’s largest LEED CI certified projects, for the Headquarters of HSBC (45,000 sqm) and for the Siemens Centre (35,000 sqm), both in Shanghai.

Our Construction arm, using our Grade II construction license, provides build and procurement services for our Interior Design practice. It is led by our Project Management team and has completed more than 200 projects throughout China. All projects completed by our Construction group carry an automatic 24-month defects warranty, as well as being compliant with our own in-house environmental policy and standards (approximately equivalent to LEED CI Silver standard).
