On a mountainside overlooking the sea in Qingdao, this international award winning design combines the themes of water, waves, fish, sand and sea—together with the natural colors of the rock formations and flora of the mountain backdrop. Originally built as an old age home, this facility was converted to a general hospital with state-of-the-art healthcare facilities and a healthy program for education and community services.
